The tiny size of the recorder makes it easy to hide or ideal for a variety of uses. It also has a convenient clip for carrying in a pocket or on a belt. With color video and voice you can clearly see who's there and hear what they say. The DVR also has the added feature of taking still pictures with a resolution of 1280 x 1024. The DVR will record continuous for 1.75 hour. The mini DVR records onto a Micro SD card and can accept 1GB to 16GB Micro SD card, a 2GB Micro SD card is included. 1 Hour of recording requires approx. 2.2GB. The unit weighs 0.67 ounces and measures 2.87 inches x 0.78 inches x .43 inches.
The unit is powered by a built in Lithium-ion battery that is charged when the unit is connected to a USB port with the included USB cable.
The video can be view on your computer with Windows Media Player. Windows Media Player may require the free downloadable ffdshow codec if not already installed. Just plug the included USB cable into the DVR and a open USB port to view the video.
