Return Policy

We offer a 100% risk-free money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied for any reason. There is no re-stocking fee if return is requested by email or phone within 30 days after receiving your product and returned complete with any original accessories, software and manuals. All items not returned in new resalable condition or without original retail packaging with all accessories, software and manuals may be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. Refunds or credits are for the purchase price only. Shipping can only be refunded due to an error on our part. Before returning any item you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You can contact us at 702-647-6368 or by e-mail. Refunds will be issued within 2 to 3 days of receiving the item according to the instructions stated above. Due to the how different credit card companies handle refunds, please allow one billing cycle for all refunds to be recorded to your account. This information is only used to process and inform you of your order status. Email will be used for most communication however we do require a phone number for more secure means of contacting you in case of problems regarding any billing or shipping issues.

By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age to purchase and use the products.

Shipping

Free ground shipping on any order over $149.00 to anywhere within the lower 48 states. For orders under $149.01 we charge a flat $6.95 for regular shipping to anywhere within the lower 48 states regardless of the size of your order. If you live in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address there will be a shipping surcharge if your package weights more than 2 lbs. If you need an exact quote on the shipping surcharge before your order ships please email [email protected]. Regular shipping is generally sent by UPS ground, Priority mail and 1st Class Package are used when possible for light weight packages. Faster options such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available at checkout. Please keep in mind that UPS does not delivery on weekends. Next Day Air shipments which are received on a Thursday evening or Friday will not be delivered until Monday. The rates are based on actual UPS published rates and are calculated by weight of your order and distance being shipped. We make every effort to ship your items within 24hrs. of receiving your order. Most orders should arrive within 2 to 5 days not including Saturday or Sunday.


Back Orders

If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will make every effort to contact you within 24 hours. Please provide your e-mail address or phone number when ordering. We will hold your order until you inform us to either continue with the shipment of items in stock or wait until all items can be shipped.

Warranty

We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a minimum of one year unless otherwise stated in the product description. the warranty does not apply to any item where damage has been caused by product modification or misuse. We will replace or repair, at our option. Any alteration to the product voids all warranty.
