The cameras provide 5MP resolution with adjustable 2.8~12mm lenses for versatile coverage needs. No need to power the cameras separately since they are PoE and get their power from the NVR using the included cables. They provide full color images during the day then switch to B&W at night with infrared assisted illumination. Infrared night vision range is up to 98 feet and their IP66 weatherproof rating allows them to be used indoors or outdoors.
The 16 channel NVR allows up to 12 additional cameras with resolution as high as 4K (8MP). With the Ultra H.265 encoding and room for 2 SATA hard drives you can store over a months worth of video if needed. Another feature of the GEN IV cameras is they use HTML 5 so there is no annoying and insecure browser plug-ins to install and they work with all browsers. Remote viewing and playback from PC, laptop or smart phone and other mobile devices with the free app.
