The Blue Jay PRO Series DVR404-4K is a 4 channel multi-format DVR capable of 4k (8MP) recording on every channel. Its self-adaptive inputs automatically adjusts to accept TVI, CVI, AHD or standard analog cameras. You can also display and record up to 2 additional IP cameras connected to your network. The BJ-DVR404-4K is also backward compatible so you can use your existing analog cameras and cables and upgrade when convenient. H.265 compression ensures the best possible image recordings with today's higher resolution cameras without sacrificing hard drive space.
The DVR's setup wizard simplifies configuring network connections, recording parameters and schedule, time of day, video resolutions and mobile devices. After initial setup the user friendly graphical menu makes it easy to find your way to all the DVR settings as well as playback, search and file backup options. UTC (Up The Cable) control is also supported making it easy to access the cameras on screen display menu or for PTZ control right from the DVR through the coax cable.
For remote viewing and playback from your Android or iPhone mobile device simply connect the DVR to your router, download the free RXCAMVIEW app and scan the QR code; the app will setup your connection automatically, it couldn't be easier.
